Welcome to www.edifier.com.bd, the official e-commerce platform for Edifier products in Bangladesh. By using this site, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Product Availability: All items are subject to stock availability. Orders may be canceled if items are no longer in stock.
- Pricing & Payments: All prices are in BDT and include VAT where applicable. We accept online payment and Cash on Delivery (COD) in selected areas.
- Shipping & Delivery: Standard delivery is 2–5 working days for major cities and up to 7 working days for remote areas. Unexpected delays may occur due to external factors.
- Product Ownership & Risk: Product ownership transfers to the customer upon successful payment. Any damage during delivery must be reported immediately.
- Warranty & Support: Almost all Edifier headphones, earbuds, and speakers come with a 1-year replacement warranty against hardware faults.
- Intellectual Property: All text, visuals, and branding on this site belong to Edifier or Smart Technologies BD Ltd.
- Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders at our sole discretion.
